US, Los Angeles: Van Nuys Fatal Hit-and-Run Strikes Woman.

Los Angeles, United States - July 11, 2026 07/11/2026 12:52 am GMT-0700 VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A woman was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Wyandotte Street. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department found the woman lying on the ground, unconscious and not breathing. They requested that paramedics be dispatched to the scene. Los Angeles Fire Department personnel arrived shortly afterward and performed life-saving measures; however, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect was reportedly driving a black four-door pickup truck and remains at large.
