Kindhearted Passerby Tries To Get Water For Geese Shading In 100-Degree Heat
A kindhearted resident has shared the extra lengths she went to find water for a family of geese shading from extreme heat. As cat-sitter Julie Nashawaty, 44, from Boston, Massachusetts, was walking from one client to the next, she came across the geese squeezed into a tiny spot of shade, all looking very lethargic. Right away, Julie said she knew she wanted to help, asking the geese if they were hot and deciding to capture her efforts on video. The 44-year-old then headed into a nearby business to ask for a plate of water that the geese could share, also spreading some on the sidewalk to see if that worked. With her phone recording, Julie then watched as the adult and baby geese enjoyed the much-needed water that she had provided for them, later sharing a video on social media.
