I know I would. Most of us want to be better people. Most of our friends and family want us to be better people too

Less anxious? One of the things the Holy Spirit does is change us

I think this is one of the main things that puts people off exploring faith

because they think it will change them. Well, it will. But that might not be a bad thing

You see, the Holy Spirit isn't interested in making us more religious or more judgmental

He's interested in making us more like Jesus. That means kinder, more generous, more at peace in ourselves

Becoming more like Jesus actually means being more ourselves, at least the best version of ourselves

We'll never be perfect, and there are limits to how much a person will completely change

But the good news is that we are not alone in our desire to be better people
