Hi, I'm Jordan and I'm a vicar in the Church of England
0:11
As a British citizen, I belong to the nation of Great Britain
0:16
It is a place I was born that has a culture and a language distinct to it
0:22
It has a continuity that goes back many generations and I live in the heritage of the people who have gone before me
0:30
And those who are to come will be impacted by our actions now
0:36
In a similar way, Christians represent Jesus to the world and work together to make him known
0:43
In the Bible, the Apostle Paul compares the church to the body of Christ
0:48
His hands and feet in the world that span across time and space
0:54
this body spans many generations and approximately 2.4 billion people across the globe right now
1:01
it is because of those who have gone before us that the church has grown so much this makes me
1:09
think that the onus is upon me to represent Jesus and those who have gone before me well
1:15
if I had that mindset in all my places of belonging my family my community my nation
1:22
how might my life be different and how might this world look different
