Welcome to today's devotional. In Romans chapter 8, verse 11, it says

But if the spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies

by his spirit that dwells in you. What a promise. The same spirit, that same resurrection power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead

now lives in us. This isn't just poetic language. It's practical. It's an everyday truth

It means that we are not powerless. It means that we are not alone

An author once put it this way. He said, the same power that conquered the grave lives in me

That means that I can do things which I could never do before. So what does this look like in real life

When we feel tired, we can ask for strength. When we're discouraged, we can speak life over our situation
