When I teach this I like to describe it in three steps:
1. Hold the Line
2. Open the Bail
3. Pull back to 45 degrees and end your cast pointing at the location you want the lure to land
The last step could be two steps, but you get the point. In the video I go over these steps and what these terms mean.
