==Ingredients for 2-3 persons==
• 2 cups chopped Red pumpkin
• 1 tsp Salt or according to taste
• 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 Hing
• 1 or 2 dry red chili or green chili, broken into pieces or 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• grated fresh Coconut
• 8-10 Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Water
