How to make chayote subzi
Ingredients for Chayote / Chowchow / Choko Subji / Seeme Badnekai palya / Vilayti vangyachi bhaji to serve 2-3 persons

Chayote - 2 cups chopped in thin pieces
Salt - 1 tsp or according to taste
Jaggery or sugar - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp, more or less according to taste
Fresh grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5-6
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
