How to make veg fried rice
Ingredients for 2 persons

Cooked rice - 2 bowls, not very soft and mushy
onion - 1/4 cup sliced
garlic - 3-4 cloves chopped
capsicum - 1 tbsp, you may use different colored
tomato - chopped 1 tbsp
vegetables such as peas, cabbage, beans, carrots - 1 cup
salt - 1 tsp
black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
vinegar - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp(optional)
green chili -1 slit
You may add 1/4 tsp soya sauce if you want that flavor or 1/2 tsp schezvan sauce if want some extra spiciness.
