How to make Ivy gourd rice - tondli bhat
Ingredients

Raw Rice – 1 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Tondli/Ivy gourd - 1 cups washed and chopped.
Salt - 1 ¼ tsp, more or less according to taste
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp, more or less according to taste
Jaggery/gud - 1 tsp
Fresh grated coconut or copra(optional) - 2 tbsp
Biryani masala/pulao masala or kala masala / goda masala – 1 ½ tsp
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped
Water - 2 cups
