==Ingredients for 2-3 persons==
Rice – 1 cup
Avarekalu – 1 cup
Carrot – ½ cup chopped
Salt – 1 ½ tsp, as per taste
Red chili powder – 1 tsp, as per taste
Garam masala or goda masala or any other masala of your choice – 1 tsp
Jaggery – 1 tsp
Water – 2 ¼ cup
Curry leaves – 8-10
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tbsp

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin seed / jeera – ½ tsp
