How to make kabuli chana gugri – sundal – healthy chickpeas snack
Ingredients:

Kabuli chana/White chickpeas/garbanzo beans - 1 cup, soaked overnight and cooked till soft in pressure cooker or boiled in a pot.
Oil - 1 tbsp
Fresh Coconut - 2 to 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida / Hing – ½ tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Chana dal - ½ tsp
Green chili - 2 chopped or 1 tsp paste or as per taste. (you may also add dry red chilis)
Salt - ½ tsp or as per taste
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped
Lime juice -1 tsp or as per taste
