So HGS sent me this basketball hoop, so I'm real excited to go ahead and take a look at this

I'm just going to do a quick unboxing and assembly and just give my first impressions of it to see how well this works

All right, so here it is, and this is everything that comes in the box

It's nicely wrapped up in here. So this is going to be the backboard, and there's like some adhesive sticking it here

So there, it comes right off. And then when I open it up, it reveals how big it is

So yeah, this thing is pretty big. It's meant to be two feet by 16 inches so you definitely got a good size to it

There's also gonna be a plastic protectant over here so I could just go ahead and take that right off

And there it definitely made a big difference that looks real nice and clear I'll do the same for the other one

Just like that. We're also gonna have a bunch of things in here. So here's the air pump. Here's the big rubber basketball

Here's the small rubber basketball. Here's the scoreboard. Here's some smaller parts

Here's the hoop and finally the instructions. So the first thing to do is to screw in the scoreboard and the hoop onto the backboard here

And we are gonna need this metal plate too So this just goes right in here and I can go ahead and flip this the other way

And this goes right over here and now the hoop goes on the front side here

Now we're gonna go ahead and grab three of these medium screws and three of these nuts and go ahead and screw it in going from the front

to the back now we can grab these three door hooks and just go ahead and screw them on right on top over here

so now to get the last screws over here we just have to put our finger through this loop and as we

twist this up we give it a little pull and there now the hoop stays stuck like this

and there just like that now it's time to install these foam pieces and these are actually going to

go ahead and go on the back of the backboard right over here on the corners just like that

Now it time to go ahead and attach the net to the hoop here Now it time to grab the hand pump And I also went ahead and attached this part here It also came with this bit so now I can inflate both balls I start with this big one first There just like that and now time for the small one

And there it is. So the hoop can just go right on top of the door over here

It's gonna fit nice and comfortably just like that. Now I do have to pull it a

little back just because these are going to be a little further out so if you you have a thicker door, it is still going to go ahead and work well. And it goes ahead and closes

just like that. So now I don't have to worry about the side over here getting scratched up because it

does have these foam pieces all around the corners. So I went ahead and put batteries in the back here

and turn it on. There's going to be a switch at the bottom. Now there's going to be two different

modes. If we turn it to the left, it's going to go ahead and give me a 60 second game. If we go to

the right, it's just going to give me a five second game and it's going to go ahead and repeat that. And the way it keeps score is going to be right over here

Just because it has like a sensor over here. So every time the ball goes through, you get some points

So I'll want to go ahead and just go for the 60 second game now

And here's what it goes ahead and sounds like. And it goes, counts down

All right there at the end it shows you the score which is going to be 41 and now here's

what the five second mode is going to be like. And now when it's time to go ahead and put this net away all I have to do is just pull

this net down and then push this ring up and I can go ahead and just slowly push the net up

and it goes ahead and closes just like that. But yeah, that's a quick look at this basketball
