US, Phoenix: Phoenix 1 Injured In 1st Alarm Senior Living Apartment Fire.

Phoenix, United States - June 13, 2026 06/12/2026 10:18 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Phoenix Fire Department responded to reports of a fire at the Pine Towers senior and disabled living apartment complex in the 2900 block of North 36th Street shortly after 10:15 p.m. on Friday. Upon arrival, firefighters located a fire on the fourth floor of the building. An adult male was found with apparent burn injuries and was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Firefighters evacuated several dozen disabled and senior occupants from the building. The call was upgraded to a first alarm, bringing additional firefighting resources to the scene to assist in extinguishing the fire. Firefighters gained control of the fire in approximately 35 minutes. The cause of the fire has yet to be confirmed.
