US, Los Angeles: North Hollywood Suspects Flee After Attempted Break-In.

Los Angeles, United States - September 09, 2026 09/08/2026 10:09 pm GMT-0700 NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – An elderly woman was at her home on the 13000 block of Archwood Street when she heard someone trying to open a sliding door at the back of the house. She promptly called the police, which caused the suspects to flee the scene. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that an unknown number of suspects attempted to gain entry into the residence. Fortunately, no property was stolen, and no injuries were reported. Officers were observed canvassing the area for surveillance cameras at nearby homes, but the suspects remain at large.
