US, Los Angeles: Mar Vista Residential Burglary.

Los Angeles, United States - July 29, 2026 07/29/2026 03:09 am GMT-0700 MAR VISTA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – LAPD Pacific officers responded to a residential burglary in progress at a home in the 12500 block of Matteson Avenue this morning. A 911 caller reported hearing glass shatter from a back door and stated she was locked in a room with her two children. Upon arrival, officers discovered a shattered rear French door and conducted a search of the house. The suspect had already fled the scene. No further details are available at this time.
