US, Los Angeles: Long Beach Vehicle Strikes Building Structural Integrity Compromised.

Los Angeles, United States - June 15, 2026 06/14/2026 11:25 pm GMT-0700 LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Long Beach Police Department requested assistance from the Long Beach Fire Department just before 11:30 p.m. on Sunday after a vehicle reportedly collided with a building in the 2800 block of East Pacific Coast Highway and appeared to have fled the scene. Firefighters arrived and determined the need for their heavy rescue unit to reinforce the structural integrity of the building. More personnel were subsequently dispatched as firefighters began creating support for the structure. Currently, it is believed that no injuries were reported from the incident, and the Long Beach Police Department is handling the investigation.
