Travis Scott faces lawsuit over alleged drunken assault on yacht.

Although Scott was arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing at Miami Beach Marina in June 2024, no criminal charges were pressed at the time. But now, boat captain Adrian Frometa and charter managers John Steve Holguin and Mirnesa Hasanovic are pursuing civil assault claims against the rapper. The lawsuit, obtained by Billboard, claims Scott rented the 105-foot yacht Carpe Diem to cruise around Miami's coast with three female guests on 19 June 2024. Frometa, at first the sole crew member on board, claims Scott became intoxicated and aggressive as the evening wore on.
