Work your abs with this express mini ball Pilates workout

Today we are using one of my favourite pieces of Pilates equipment… the small ball. Aim to have your ball 2/3’s inflated.
We are going to use the mini ball throughout this workout (you could also use a cushion). Our focus is connecting with your abdominals and glutes.
This is the perfect workout if you are short on time or as a lovely challenging finisher following one of my other videos.
