Healthy Spine - Intermediate Pilates “You are only as young as your spine is flexible” Joseph Pilates Our bodies like to move. With movement we feel in control and our confidence in our bodies and abilities grows. Our focus for this workout is spine mobility and my aim is to increase your awareness whilst challenging range of movement . The movements of the spine are flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion & this workout encompasses each and everyone. It feels so good 😊 Listen to my cues, move with focus and listen to your body. Try and think about which parts of the body we are moving and where we want to create stability… it’s not easy but it’s a fabulous process and a brilliant way of learning about your own unique body.
