Pilates Hip and Hamstring Focused Workout

I taught a ‘stretchy’ Pilates class a couple of weeks ago that incorporated many of these exercises and the feedback from clients was very postive and they requested more of these fabulous moves, hence this workout.
If your hips and/or hamstrings feel tight this workout is for you .
If you are a runner, your body will enjoy the challenge and relief this workout will bring.
Anyone can do this workout.
Any movement is going to be beneficial.
I want you to listen to my cues and your body. Your body will tell you when it’s reached it’s maximum range for each movement. I want you to challenge your bodies but be mindful of not going too far with each stretch .
