Pilates in the Sun: 20 minutes of joyful Pilates

No equipment needed … let’s roll out your mat and look forward to just over 20 minutes of joyful Pilates.
We warm up with some gentle movements before working on building strength and stability in this full body workout
I like to feel different in my mind and body when I finish a workout to when I started. This workout requires you to focus your mind on how your body is moving as you coordinate the moves and I guarantee it will lift your mood and distract your head if only momentarily from the distractions of life.
I realise we can’t all be doing Pilates outside in the sunshine, by a pool …. If only! I did really appreciate the beauty of where I was and took timeout after the workout to just lie on my mat and soak it all up. After completing this workout I want to encourage you to do the same, lie down , breathe, relax, focus on your body and let’s celebrate how blessed we are to move our bodies freely and with control ❤️ x
