What choices today would make your future self grateful instead of resentful?
Sometimes change doesn’t happen all at once. It happens gradually, quietly, in ways the nervous system learns to normalize over time. Like the metaphor of the frog slowly boiling in water, we often adapt to situations that would have once felt unacceptable if they appeared overnight.
Denial can feel safer than disruption. But staying stuck often comes at the expense of the future version of ourselves.
Healing, boundaries, and growth are often built through small decisions repeated consistently over time.
