Native Ads

Hey there. My name's Connor Porter and I'm a technical support specialist here at Ezoic

I've got a question for you. Have you noticed ads about toe fungus or 10 things you never

knew about Tom Cruise? Nobody wants to go down that rabbit hole. Believe me, just cruise

on by. These are called native ads. And yes, some may stick out or feel unappealing to

the users of your site. They can be very financially beneficial. When placed and filled

in correctly on your site, these native ads can account for up to 10% of your site's revenue

Up to 10% of your site's revenue. Pretty good, right? So how do we get these added to you

to your site I should say? Well, there's two ways. The first way is through the Ezoic plugin

If you have the Ezoic plugin active and updated, it'll automatically add the placeholder in

content WordPress native bottom. The other way? Well, the other way is through the Chrome

extension and I can show you that now. So if you go to your Chrome extension, you're

going to click it. You're going to want to go to ads, create. And then you're going to

make sure native horizontal is selected in the dropdown menu. After that, everyone listening

or watching is going to click select location. Now this page and site already has native

ads placed. So if you scroll all the way to the bottom, you can see them placed right

here. Now we recommend that you place your native placeholders either just below your

pagination or social share icons that you may have on pages. Now there's one more thing

you need to do. You're going to want to go to your dashboard. You're going to go to Ezoic

ads, add types and native ads is the first one that should pop up. Make sure it's on

like so. Easy, right? Now what did we learn in this video? Well, we learned that we shouldn't

be clicking on any ads about 10 things you never knew about Tom Cruise. And we also learned

that these native ads can financially benefit your site dramatically. So go follow those
