Pigs in Blankets and Brie Sausage Rolls

these cute little festive sausage rolls

are filled with pigs and blankets and

Brie and they are absolutely Divine I'm

going to show you how to make them two

pastry don't stress yourself and number

two precooking your pigs in blankets

nobody wants a flaccid pig in blanket in

their sausage roll so just cook them in

the frying pan or the oven for 10 15

minutes before laying them on your puff

next to them and cut into eight pieces

then you can just fold over that long

side of

pastry and tuck it like a little

envelope press down with your fingers

first and then use a fork to crimp the

edges of your

pastry and that will make sure that none

of the filling comes out try and use

your fingers to squeeze any of the air

out as well cuz when air is inside it

can pop and that's when they get messy

you'll also want to use a knife to

pierce an air hole in the top of each

one as well so you just do that for each

sausage

roll the great thing about these is that

they can be served warm or cold for a

buffet or for dinner or for whatever you

can also Chuck them in the freezer just

before you bake them and so you can

always have sausage rolls on hand now

I'm just egg washing each of these and

sprinkling with a few fennel seeds which

are really delicious just add that like

Savory and a seedy taste and they'll

come out of the oven looking like this
