Easy mince pie spirals made with puff pastry

recipe just get a sheet of puff pastry

spread your minc meat over the top of

that and then go on top of that with a

bit of dried fruit if you want to that

but I sprinkled over some dried

cranberries and dried dates just for a

fress and then all you're going to do is

roll this puff pastry up um so from the

long end so you've got this long kind of

tube spiral and then just cut it into

slices and these are going to be your

all cut up together brush those with

some egg wash um this is to make them

nice and golden brown and also you're

going to sprinkle them with sugar and

that'll stick to that egg and make them

bite then pop them in the oven it'll
