Oct 6, 2026
What's the highest credit score you can have? With FICO, it's 850, a perfect score. But you don't need it. Once you're around 760 or higher, most lenders already give you their best rates. Everything above that is mostly bragging rights. The real goal: 760+, and staying there.
Full breakdown (Credit Scores Explained): on the WealthShapes channel.
FICO scores range from 300 to 850. Lenders set their own rate tiers. Educational only, not financial advice.
