0:01
so this video is about
0:06
let me say um
0:10
the ways in which life
0:14
has at the time that it happened
0:19
i felt
0:21
betrayed
0:23
and
0:26
even now i'm still being affected by
0:29
this thing that happened
0:31
approximately
0:35
0:39
you know in terms of our society and the
0:41
way that
0:42
things are organized
0:44
with money
0:46
and i don't know
0:48
why
0:52
people think that they would ever
0:55
be able to get away with something like
0:57
this but i'm going to speak about it
1:01
i'm not going to use their names
1:04
[Music]
1:05
i'm pretty sure statutes of limitations
1:08
has passed
1:10
um
1:11
since everything was done the way that
1:13
it was done there's
1:15
a likelihood that something could be
1:17
done about it
1:18
um i'm beyond
1:21
attempting to interact
1:24
with this uh the people involved with
1:27
the scenario
1:28
um the specifics of the scenario um
1:32
i mean the guy who
1:34
sold me my vehicle
1:37
is aware of what happened
1:39
as well as other people within the
1:42
community and every story that i'm going
1:45
to tell especially within this series is
1:47
verifiable
1:49
by multiple people within the
1:50
communities because i've never
1:53
i've never
1:54
not
1:55
tried to get myself out of these
1:57
situations
1:59
it's always just been um
2:02
naivete mostly
2:05
especially at the time that this
2:06
happened i was very new
2:08
to
2:11
ugly things in the world
2:14
i was very sheltered
2:16
as a child and as a teenager
2:19
so i
2:21
had absolutely no way of defending
2:24
myself against these things that
2:25
happened
2:26
but after they happened
2:28
i was able to see them coming and avoid
2:32
further situations that looked like them
2:35
so
2:36
you know
2:37
so is life that's how it goes
2:40
this is um
2:42
the
2:44
first of three videos i'm gonna do
2:47
within this
2:49
and it's going to be under the court
2:51
project which is um
2:55
corporate battle training
2:59
second will be
3:02
a corporation that rhymes with
3:07
eggo land
3:09
and
3:10
the back of house
3:13
battlefield that i learned from
3:16
and the third will be
3:19
a major contract gone wrong
3:23
and i'd like to remind everyone that i'm
3:25
not using anyone's real names in these
3:29
but the purpose is to
3:32
express myself
3:34
uh probably eventually explain more
3:36
about my way because
3:39
the way that i've had to go about doing
3:41
things
3:42
i feel would be very useful to others
3:45
who experienced similar or different
3:47
things and just never really thought of
3:49
how to you know
3:51
use their ingenuity to
3:54
maneuver a situation beyond what they've
3:56
been taught might work or will work
3:58
quickly or whatever
4:00
i've had the benefit of not coming from
4:03
the types of environments that
4:06
i frequent
4:08
and so
4:09
and that's for both
4:12
help with them as well as going through
4:14
them depending on you know the
4:16
circumstance and the time with that i'm
4:18
able to have a very
4:20
clean clear and discerning
4:24
eye
4:27
to see the
4:29
and through the
4:31
when that is occurring
4:35
so
4:36
the setting for this first corporate
4:38
battlefield
4:39
was
4:40
um
4:42
was
4:43
eight i was 19. it started probably when
4:46
i was 18 but the actual didn't
4:49
start when i was 19 and i'll truncate
4:52
the personal parts
4:54
down to
4:56
the
4:57
direct
5:00
relation
5:01
to my
5:04
first car
5:05
and
5:07
student loans getting stolen from me
5:09
which also caused me to have to take out
5:11
a credit card and ruin my credit
5:14
so
5:15
that's a three-peat right there and just
5:18
literally happened within two weeks of
5:20
each other
5:23
and as you can imagine a car losing a
5:25
vehicle
5:27
losing
5:29
your money and your ability to continue
5:32
school
5:33
and
5:34
having a credit card taken out as an as
5:37
an only last resort
5:40
in order to
5:41
survive
5:42
or go back to a bad scenario
5:46
this person
5:50
even though i found out later that they
5:53
are
5:54
clinical narcissists so
5:56
i got to see a
5:59
up close and personal
6:01
understanding of what
6:04
that is and what
6:08
that moves like and
6:10
um
6:12
the extent that someone may do
6:15
things that they shouldn't do
6:17
even if
6:19
it's wrong or even if they know what's
6:22
wrong that they might have a propensity
6:24
to do it anyway
6:26
um
6:27
either to get their own way or to
6:29
acquire power or
6:31
some live that doesn't stop them from
6:34
actually doing the thing in the first
6:36
place
6:43
so there were two points of loss of
6:46
control that i experienced here
6:49
mostly because they were kind to me and
6:51
i was kind to others so i
6:54
expected that
6:56
people
6:57
you know just experience kindness and do
6:59
kindness in the way that you know a
7:01
child is taught
7:03
um
7:04
and so long story short
7:07
um
7:08
they arranged it so that
7:11
i signed
7:12
with a contract with them stating
7:15
through the school
7:17
stating that they
7:19
were able to manage my funds without me
7:24
being present
7:26
and
7:27
they also ended up forging my signature
7:29
after that after they had my signature
7:32
they forged my signature
7:33
on
7:34
two more contracts
7:37
and
7:38
when i got my vehicle
7:40
they had the title
7:42
mailed to
7:44
a family member
7:46
and because for some reason i was not
7:49
taught i mean it probably was something
7:51
that was expected to happen throughout
7:54
time later or whatever but
7:56
i wasn't taught about
7:59
how to file taxes i wasn't taught about
8:02
how to register a car
8:05
registered car and all the other stuff
8:08
that cars need i wasn't talking about
8:09
any of that stuff like i was supposed to
8:11
learn it at this time at 19 but
8:15
clearly you know whatever
8:17
and i wasn't taught about
8:20
like extra ways to manage money
8:23
basically
8:25
what happened was i was in a
8:26
relationship with this person's
8:29
daughter
8:30
and they were
8:33
fighting a lot
8:35
and
8:36
the daughter got kicked out
8:38
and my ultimatum was
8:40
i can stay there and help her take care
8:43
of the
8:45
her other children her other two younger
8:48
siblings slash children
8:51
um
8:52
or i could leave
8:55
and go with my girlfriend and i chose to
8:58
go with my girlfriend after a very long
9:01
wait of thinking about it
9:03
and so
9:04
that was the trigger
9:06
um just because i didn't want to
9:10
be an accomplice or help her in breaking
9:13
down someone's spirit
9:15
even though that person ended up trying
9:17
to break down my spirit later
9:19
i
9:20
was homeless instantly all my stuff was
9:23
instantly gone she told me that
9:26
i didn't have the title and if i didn't
9:28
give her the keys and get out of my car
9:30
but her car
9:31
that she was going to call the police
9:34
and
9:35
thankfully
9:36
i was right around the corner from my
9:38
job so um which i was in line for
9:40
management by the way
9:42
um so i had a co-worker who was like two
9:46
streets down
9:47
and they let me and my ex
9:50
crash for two weeks
9:52
at her house
9:54
so that
9:55
was how i left michigan and also how i
9:59
ended up in atlanta
10:01
the first time
10:03
and that's how i ended up
10:07
you know losing my student loans
10:10
losing my first car
10:14
and
10:15
having a credit card that i needed to
10:17
use to escape
10:19
so
10:21
i mean
10:22
that was the beginning of things that i
10:25
couldn't foresee
10:27
10 years in the future
10:29
the only good news is that
10:31
you know i've been able to relatively
10:34
stay positive but
10:35
almost immediately after that um
10:38
you know
10:39
just stuff started going downhill even
10:41
more
10:43
and
10:43
yeah
10:45
on to the next story so i hope you guys
10:48
heard this story and understand
10:50
that there are people out there that
10:53
will
10:54
you over they'll
10:57
mess your stuff up they will
10:59
and
11:01
they will do so relentlessly until they
11:03
are stopped one way or another
11:08
ultimately i learned about
11:12
english and contract law
11:16
like
11:17
the legality of contracts
11:20
through this interaction
11:22
um
11:25
english being
11:26
that you know words can be used
11:29
differently and in different ways to
11:32
mean different things
11:34
in
11:35
a similar
11:37
page of words and
11:39
someone else can mean and do
11:43
something completely different than what
11:45
is expected
11:46
um
11:47
and
11:48
also of course
11:51
just
11:53
having knowledge about like your person
11:56
and what what that is
11:59
in general and protecting it
12:02
so
12:04
whether that be through program or
12:06
whatever i don't
12:08
try to think about it too much because
12:10
um
12:11
you know it's not something i want to
12:13
continue in my existence at all
12:16
uh
12:18
this was helpful um i hope this was a
12:20
formative or interesting
12:22
um
12:23
yeah
12:24
follow for part two because part two
12:26
will be on
12:28
echo land and the shenanigans that are
12:31
even crazier that happen there
12:33
peace
