so one of my most major things that I'm
0:03
working on right now in terms of my body
0:05
and working out is um getting my lower
0:08
body to be back at par and as flexible
0:11
and functional as it used to be Um when
0:15
I got run over by the pickup truck um it
0:18
literally twisted parts of my hips um
0:22
damaged part of my lower spine um and
0:27
like in relation to the tendons and
0:29
other things that were there um and
0:32
messed with my pelvic floor to the point
0:34
where when I was trying to walk the next
0:36
day because for whatever reason the
0:38
doctors um released me the same day
0:41
which you know that's kind of not normal
0:44
after a person gets run over by a
0:45
3,000lb vehicle And I'm not exaggerating
0:48
but I digress Um like my whole lower
0:52
body was run over um and twisted and
0:56
pinned between asphalt and 3,000
0:59
lbs Yeah I had a contusion I'm pretty
1:02
sure I had a broken foot but people kept
1:04
refusing to look at it Um and long story
1:08
short they put me on medications and
1:10
released me that night Thankfully I
1:12
refused the super heavy ones but maybe
1:15
not thankfully cuz the next day after I
1:18
woke up um at an Airbnb which at least
1:21
thankfully they were willing to pay for
1:23
my commute to the Airbnb uh I was unable
1:26
to walk and I didn't have a car So long
1:30
story short um even going downhill I was
1:33
only able to walk a few hundred feet and
1:36
I laid on the ground Um and yes I had to
1:40
recoup myself in that way And uh after
1:43
that uh thankfully that ground that I
1:46
ended up laying down at um had an
1:48
abandoned building on it So I ended up
1:50
staying in that abandoned building for
1:53
the next 3 days getting my body to a
1:55
point where I was able to walk properly
1:57
There also happened to be um a a golf a
2:02
golf um a golf what is it called a golf
2:07
club there that had like the bottom of
2:09
it broken off So I was able to um do my
2:13
at least my initial due diligence of
2:15
making sure that there were no drug
2:17
addicts or anything else in that
2:19
building before um like laying down on a
2:23
dirty ground on the dirty ground Um like
2:27
I took the there were some old like mind
2:31
you this place has been abandoned for
2:33
the last 15 years I ended up doing I
2:35
ended up being able to do research on my
2:37
phone Um and um I took the curtains off
2:42
of the wall It wasn't a curtain It was
2:44
actually uh the a bulletin board like a
2:46
retro bulletin board made out of fabric
2:49
I pulled that off of the ground off the
2:51
wall and I put the clean part up um so
2:55
that I could lay my body and my wounds
2:57
cuz I had open wounds as well Of course
3:00
um on my legs on my arms and other
3:04
places I couldn't really see my head
3:07
like but I think my head didn't have the
3:09
wounds but my arms and legs definitely
3:11
did um and basically um laid on the
3:16
cleaner side of a tapestry that had been
3:22
out of commission for 15 years Um the
3:25
toilets of course were completely
3:27
unusable clogged no water running
3:29
through those things Um you know it was
3:31
basically dirty dusty um full of
3:35
graffiti Um and I was able to find a
3:38
room in there that had virtually nothing
3:41
in it And um I also found the circuit
3:45
breaker and was able to
3:47
turn like the electricity on So I was
3:50
able to charge my my devices Um
3:54
interestingly that night is when that
3:56
hail storm that and rain that lasted for
3:59
3 months because this happened in
4:01
February Um yeah for three days excuse
4:04
me um basically the amount of time I was
4:07
there um which allowed for me to not
4:10
literally be outside during that time
4:12
after being run over by a pickup truck
4:15
So as you can imagine the my body ended
4:18
up healing in certain ways because at
4:21
that time um I had to still find my way
4:24
back to my own um place which I was
4:28
being stalked at Um and long story short
4:31
my physical therapy um which did get a
4:35
referral but somehow I missed a referral
4:37
So the whole first part of my recovery
4:40
ended up being just based off of what I
4:43
could put together and do for myself Um
4:46
so I don't know internally um you know
4:49
like you know I did the best I could but
4:51
I'm currently still recovering in
4:53
certain ways because I'm strong but the
4:57
internal pieces and my tendons and stuff
5:00
um are um there's some imbalances that
5:02
I'm actually that's what physical
5:05
therapy is doing now which is um helping
5:08
me tear back down the pieces that grew
5:10
back poorly and helping me rebuild it
5:13
properly so that I can have um a more
5:16
functional body Um the biggest thing for
5:19
me right now is um getting to a point
5:21
where I'm maintaining um circulation in
5:25
the lower half of my body because for
5:27
whatever reason um I have some I have
5:30
more issues with that these days And not
5:33
only that but um my last checkup with my
5:36
doctor um confirmed that I have some
5:39
nerve nerve deterioration in the lower
5:42
half of my body and both of my legs But
5:44
um so essentially I'm hoping that that
5:48
doesn't mean that I will slowly
5:50
deteriorate into not being able to use
5:52
my legs Um and especially if it does
5:55
then that also means that um you know
5:58
again I'm putting my due diligence into
6:01
getting my workouts in and doing the
6:02
things I need to do in order to utilize
6:05
my body um and not have pre um like
6:10
early deterioration of my body
6:12
especially because I was never
6:14
compensated for that accident and I was
6:16
never compensated for the accident that
6:18
happened before that which gave me a
6:20
concussion Um I was hit by a train door
6:24
um approximately six months before that
6:26
Um which I'm still have injuries in my
6:28
back and shoulder from Uh so long story
6:32
short um you know it's easier said than
6:35
done for me to um build my body and make
6:38
my body look um nice but at because of
6:42
course during that time I had some
6:44
progress and lost all of that completely
6:47
So um yeah I'm currently at a point
6:51
where you know I have to pay close
6:53
attention to the types of things I do
6:54
physically Um which is why I am happy
6:58
that I have some of the uh things going
7:00
on that I do and in relation to the
7:03
things that are coming forward now and
7:05
the ways that my care has increased
7:09
um because of those things um I should
7:12
be able to be okay in terms of being
7:14
able to actually commute and not have
7:16
any more deterioration in my lifestyle
7:19
Um so yeah like those are the general
7:21
things that I'm dealing with right now
7:23
Uh like uh because I'm an herbalist um
7:27
things such as my circulation and other
7:30
aspects of that are part of what I am
7:33
spending a significant amount of my
7:35
energy towards And again as I spend more
7:38
energy towards these things that also
7:41
leads to my ability to um make it
7:45
available to other people um as I am
7:49
functionally and literally creating
7:51
circumstances and situations that are
7:53
designed and conducive to me continuing
7:56
living a quality life So that's just an
8:00
update
