Today I'm taking a look at this dehumidifier that Goacher went ahead and sent to me
0:03
So here's the dehumidifier itself. Another stuff that comes in the box is going to be the instructions and this hose
0:09
And this is pretty convenient just because if you want to keep this unit on for a while
0:12
without having to worry about its capacity, you just go ahead and attach the hose to the bottom and then drain it wherever you want
0:17
Now if you don't use the hose, that's okay because this is going to hold up to 68 ounces or 2000 milliliters
0:22
And yes, this is going to auto shut off when it's full. So we can go ahead and drain it
0:26
Now as far as controls go, it's going to be pretty basic. There's gonna be three physical buttons the power button which turns it on and off
0:32
And when I do turn the unit on the light is gonna immediately turn on and it's gonna cycle through several different colors
0:38
And if you want to stop at a certain color You just press the light button and it'll freeze at that color and if you press it again
0:42
It'll turn the light off and then pressing it again We'll just cycle through all the colors and finally there's the sleep mode button and when pressing this it'll turn the light off
0:50
And the dehumidifier is gonna get a lot quieter at upper 40s decibels
0:54
And if we move it a few feet away, it'll be in the upper 30s compared to the upper 50s when we have it on full blast
1:07
Now when the reservoir is full, it's pretty easy to go ahead and move the dehumidifier around because it does have this handle up on top so you don't accidentally go ahead
1:14
and spill any of the water. And to remove the tank we can just pull it out and we can drain the water either by taking
1:19
the cap off and dumping everything out or by removing the drain plug
