And so inside the box we're going to have the oil itself and there also is going to be a cap so we know exactly how much to measure

So directions for this are pretty straightforward. It says it on the back of the bottle and on the back of the box too

I have to go ahead and pour 10 to 15 milliliters of this Just like that and then swish this between my teeth for at least two minutes and then slowly work my way up as I use it more

So after the two minutes are up I can spit it out and rinse my mouth with water and immediately brush my teeth afterwards

And then I use the tongue scraper too. So the whole process took less than five minutes and my breath is fresher
