So I'm going to show you how to replace the inner tube on your bicycle, and I'm going to have these tire levels, these tube, and then this bike pump
0:09
And I'm going to start with the tire level, so I'm going to go away from the stem, a few inches away, dig right in there until I get it, pull it upwards like this, just hold it in place, and then do the same thing a few inches away as well too
0:26
All right, there, you've got two parts. and by then it should be easy to slide off just like so
0:32
all right that's good and now same thing for the other side so a few inches away from that valve
0:45
and again a little further away too and then just scoot it right out
1:06
And by now it should be easy to take off completely. Now you can remove the tire from the rim
1:17
And then the inner tube comes along with it. So right here I'm going to be very careful to take the stem out completely
1:24
And I got this one by Conti tube. That's good, it already actually comes with a cap so I'll remove that
1:30
And then this other piece too. And I'm going to put this inside the tire making sure that the stem is facing towards
1:37
the inside. Alright that took a little bit longer than expected but the tube is fully inside this tire
1:49
Now it's time to attach everything back to the rim and I'm going to start with that
1:52
stem so the hole is right over here and I want to carefully insert it Making sure that nice and straight
2:06
And then follow along with the rest of the tire Making sure that the tube is also going inside there
2:13
Oh, I guess the tube, oh where is the tube? Now the stem did move a little bit. So let me just adjust that
2:20
There so now it looks straight Now I'm tucking these flaps back inside on both sides just very carefully
2:36
And then I'll adjust this a little bit just to make sure this is straight again. And yeah, that looks good
2:40
And yeah, that's pretty much good. And now it's time to pump the tire. And I'm going to use this bike pump
2:45
So this is going to be a Schrader valve. So this already has the right adapter on this side
2:51
So I basically just inserted this and then lifted this flap upward so it locks into place
2:54
And I gonna pump this up to 90 PSI So right over here once I pump it up you gonna be able to see how high it goes and I actually gonna move this yellow thing so I could see where I want the limit to be at there right over there for 90 psi
3:10
oh that looks good all right so now it's at 90 psi as you can see and now to remove this this is
3:22
pretty easy you just pull this back and pull it upwards like that and now it's
3:28
time to tighten this part back inside and then also this piece it was like a little nut that was on there
3:42
That's covering that up, that's good
3:51
And now the cap. And there it is. That's how you change the tube of a tire
