there you go citizens that's a game
0:02
that's a blueprint yeah a lot of people
0:04
talk a good game especially if you
0:05
looking on social media but they ain't
0:06
got the backing to support it that's the
0:08
blueprint they don't have the
0:10
credentials to support it that's the
0:11
blueprint some people just speak it to
0:13
you how they feel but there's no proof
0:15
of concept what you just heard was a
0:17
blueprint created by the one and only
0:19
and this is blueprint wasn't created not
0:22
only because of the way he studied he
0:25
actually studied Heather be and got got
0:27
a got credentials as a PhD and holistic
0:30
Health Sports Nutrition from the
0:31
University in College of Natural Health
0:34
it's not just that you know at a point
0:36
in his life he was living an unhealthy
0:38
life and wanted to change it right okay
0:40
and so he took the proper steps to lose
0:43
103 PBS wow to get to the place where he
0:47
is today I met this man at a family
0:50
reunion okay did not even know him but I
0:53
knew we had something in common cuz we
0:55
had the same sneakers on and I said well
0:58
that got to be family right there right
1:00
and then when I found out what he does I
1:02
wanted to make sure at some point we get
1:04
a chance to connect he's the founder and
1:06
owner of plantbased Fitness he's known
1:09
as Dr Whitaker I want to welcome him to
1:11
the show this is a family member this is
1:13
my cousin please welcome the one and
1:15
only Dr Gary Whitaker to the show
1:18
today up baby what's going on y'all how
1:20
y'all doing I'm doing fantastic and
1:23
incredible at the same time shout out
1:25
our family name man yo shout out to the
1:28
won shout out to the W
1:30
shout out to the swans shout out to
1:32
everything that brought us here
1:33
collectively today yes indeed man we met
1:36
how many years ago was that probably
1:37
like about three three four years ago
1:39
three or four years ago he was remember
1:40
when you went you remember that yeah and
1:42
I talked about it I met all these
1:44
beautiful amazing yeah different people
1:45
from different sides of the family and
1:47
you weren't even going to go no yeah my
1:49
my my aunt was like come on down and I I
1:52
came through and yeah it was a good time
1:54
I you know it was it was magical because
1:57
it's just like you don't you think about
1:58
the Six Degrees of Separation
2:00
and you don't know who you actually are
2:02
connected to and I think that that was
2:04
like a serend dip at this moment I'm
2:05
like wow that's pretty dope yo that's s
2:08
yeah walking up yeah just walking around
2:11
like nothing too with a plate in my hand
2:14
I was going to say where was the you had
2:16
your Mighty fork with you yo man I
2:19
listen I was talking to people I had
2:20
never met in my life like we grew up
2:22
together that's how family reunion
2:24
supposed to be right and then you know
2:26
my grandmother who has since
2:28
transitioned uh that's I was there with
2:30
Elsie Waters Elie Waters Elie Waters she
2:33
was so happy that we were all there that
2:35
day and I remember we got family
2:37
pictures all sorts of stuff from that
2:39
day man definitely I'm glad we shared
2:41
that so Dr Whitaker and I stayed in tune
2:43
and we've been in touch ever since
2:45
Heather be and I invited him to come up
2:47
here to talk about his company because
2:49
citizens right now we are all even in
2:51
this room Heather be went to the gym
2:53
yesterday nice why you telling my
2:56
business I went last night um
3:00
correction Dr Whitaker I went last night
3:02
but I found myself um I'm going to go
3:05
back a few months just wanting some
3:08
discipline and consistency in that area
3:11
and it's not much but I just do 45
3:13
minutes a day I'm not I take the
3:16
weekends off just because that helps me
3:19
look forward to Monday or whatever day
3:22
but I give myself two days just to rest
3:24
and then get back on track again and I
3:26
noticed that being consistent and having
3:28
that discipline when I do miss or if I
3:31
happen to miss more than two days I feel
3:33
like I need to be in there something
3:35
feels a little off I also find myself
3:37
now even though I live on the east coast
3:40
um wanting to get out and get more sun I
3:42
love the sun anyway I'm I don't have
3:45
that issue of you know I can't stand
3:47
being in the sun I get hot too fast I
3:49
love it but I make it my business just
3:51
to step outside even if it's in my
3:53
backyard for five minutes a day just to
3:55
take it in even if I don't see the sun I
3:57
get out so little by little for me I'm
3:59
not a person that just you know Dives
4:02
right in oh I'm going to make this big
4:03
change in a week um it takes time for me
4:06
to to do it and so I'm making little
4:08
adjustments yeah definitely I I think
4:10
one of the key things that you said that
4:12
was really powerful is that you are uh
4:15
taking the time to develop the
4:17
consistency and I think that um when we
4:19
are trying to uh embark on a new habit
4:23
it's important for us to get those
4:25
little wins and those little wins lead
4:27
up to bigger things because if anything
4:30
the the key that we want to implement in
4:31
our life is just the consistency you
4:34
know what I mean like it's the
4:35
consistency of the Habit because the
4:37
thing about what we're trying to do is
4:39
we have a subconscious which is like 95%
4:41
of our our brain and we have our
4:43
conscious which is 5% and we're trying
4:46
to fight against that 95% with only the
4:48
5% effort right you know what I mean and
4:50
so that that that right there is really
4:53
Paramount to you getting that in the
4:55
habit and then also too you know in
4:57
places where we don't get a lot of
4:58
sunshine the thing is is like we are we
5:01
are we're in buildings you know what I
5:04
mean like before we were out and about
5:06
we were run walking around we're doing
5:07
different things we're getting more Sun
5:09
than we actually are now and a lot of
5:11
people suffer from vitamin D
5:13
deficiency and so with vitamin D
5:16
deficiency it leads to a lot of other
5:18
illnesses and stuff like that and back
5:20
in the day uh in Natural Health they
5:23
used to actually do sunbathing as a form
5:25
of therapy really yeah and so and so
5:28
there was actually prescriptions where
5:29
they would get people they would put
5:31
them out in the sun for a certain period
5:32
of time and it would help to uh Aid in
5:36
the healing of certain health conditions
5:39
and so the thing is we live in colder
5:41
places that's why we talk about right
5:42
temperatures we live in we live in
5:44
colder places now sometimes um but we're
5:47
tropical people you know what I mean
5:49
like like we we have a relationship with
5:51
the sun we need the sun yes you know and
5:53
I think that um by you knowing how to
5:57
get that you know I mean and Implement
5:59
that in your life because also you got
6:00
to think about too if you live in a
6:02
place where it's cold seasonal
6:03
depression is real M Seattle yeah yeah
6:07
and so I I lived in the Midwest for
6:09
about 10 years and I came back to Cali
6:13
and the one thing that I didn't notice
6:14
was that I was lightweight depressed
6:17
like it it was to the point where I
6:18
wanted to stay in the house and I didn't
6:20
want to come outside and I was like and
6:22
it's bright sunny and I'm like man why
6:24
don't I want to come outside and I was
6:26
like man I'm I had to look it up and it
6:28
was seasonal depression and I think uh
6:31
even when we think about the violence
6:33
that goes on in a lot of places a lot of
6:36
that is related to
6:39
depression wow Dr Gary Whitaker man
6:41
let's give out to yeah yeah I know then
6:43
he dropped the mic all of a sudden got
6:44
quiet you know like for something to
6:46
think about here follow him what's your
6:48
Instagram uh my Instagram is Dr Gary
6:51
Whitaker drr period gar Whitaker at drr
6:55
period Gary Whitaker um another thing
6:58
you talked about is is um toxic
7:01
relationships oh that should have been
7:03
number one
7:05
right you know I I think so we we could
7:08
talk about uh the health aspect right
7:11
yeah so a lot of times we focus on just
7:13
the nutrition and the exercise and we
7:15
don't realize how the relationships that
7:17
we hold can be killing us too as well
7:20
like for example if you are stressed out
7:22
in your home it's like a it's like a
7:25
response that you can't escape because
7:27
your home is probably where you spend a
7:29
a lot of time at supposed to be Refuge
7:31
exactly so so if you are there and you
7:34
don't have a quality relationship with
7:36
your partner that relationship can
7:38
potentially be killing you because it's
7:40
producing stress hormones cortisol is a
7:43
stress hormone and that's what happens
7:44
when you have any type of conflict it's
7:46
like a fight ORF flight response so if
7:48
you more than likely when people come to
7:51
work they have some form of that you
7:53
know what I mean like it's usually in
7:55
workplaces where they're talking about
7:56
like you know antistress uh meditation
7:59
relaxation they even have pods where
8:01
people go to relax and so now if you
8:04
take that and you don't get no break
8:06
from that and you transfer that to your
8:08
house then you're you're putting
8:10
yourself in a toxic environment
8:12
consistently and that's where diseas is
8:14
actually come it it comes from your your
8:17
internal environment being uneasy
8:21
disease disase second time we heard that
8:25
yak yes Dr Yak awaken came by the show
8:30
disas disease and then it's compounded
8:33
because it depending on how many people
8:35
in your household if Heather and I live
8:38
together and and horse we kind of do s
8:41
over the house all the time cin all
8:44
right but then Heather might bring in
8:46
whatever she dealt with that day I'm
8:48
bringing in what I dealt in that day
8:49
torch got what he dealt with that day
8:51
and it is like a cocktail it's a
8:53
toxicity cocktail right how do you
8:57
address that though like most families
8:58
don't even realize that's happening well
9:00
I I I think the biggest thing is that um
9:03
it starts from one person taking the
9:06
stance of uh being a leader you know
9:09
what I mean like you have to set the
9:11
tone um it and then you also have to
9:14
work on like good communication you know
9:17
what I mean I think that's the biggest
9:18
thing is like a lot of people don't work
9:21
on becoming good communicators and and I
9:24
think a lot of people are emotion
9:26
emotionally immature you know what I
9:28
mean and so when you when you're in that
9:31
environment you have to just set these
9:33
rules and these standards like hey this
9:35
is how we're going to we're not going to
9:36
go to bed mad at each other that's
9:39
that's that's number one like if you
9:41
have a argument sometimes you might need
9:43
space you know what I mean like and then
9:45
you know what's really powerful this is
9:46
one thing that happened that um I did
9:48
start with my son is we had a meditation
9:51
time you know and every day yep at what
9:54
time when when he was with me before we
9:56
went to bed we had a meditation and then
9:58
in the morning we had meditation wow how
10:00
long it's it's usually about 30 minutes
10:02
or so you know but for him I I just I
10:04
said with kids I said for however old
10:07
you are you have to do one minute okay
10:10
so so my son was 11 at the time so he
10:12
knew that in his daily routine that was
10:14
11 minutes and so it progresses as he
10:17
gets older too as well and I think even
10:19
for even for adults like you know not
10:21
everybody's used to sit and still like
10:23
meditation is not becoming a master it's
10:26
about just Stillness and in that
10:28
Stillness so many things come to you you
10:31
know what I mean and so um that's the
10:33
one thing like I I will recommend to
10:34
anybody that's listening that wants to
10:36
start meditation I would say start with
10:38
two minutes two minutes two minutes okay
10:41
two minutes of just sitting still and
10:43
focusing on your
10:57
breath yep and and uh I just saw the
10:59
future yeah definitely and and through
11:01
that and through that practice cuz when
11:03
you get more oxygen inside of your body
11:06
a lot of things happen like I remember
11:08
one time I had a toothache and I didn't
11:10
know what to do I didn't have no pain
11:12
pills or anything like like that so what
11:14
I did was I sat down on the desk I put
11:16
my head down on the desk and I was like
11:17
man I'm just going to breathe and I and
11:20
and by the time and I I was at this when
11:22
I was working at the
11:23
YMCA uh I went to go told my manager I
11:26
need to go sit down I sat down put my
11:29
head on the desk started breathing and
11:31
my toothache went away no
11:33
lie wow wow okay can the toxicity and a
11:38
depression work the opposite way cuz you
11:40
mentioned coming into a home where
11:42
there's a bunch of noise if you well but
11:46
what about for people that come home to
11:48
empty home um I have a lot of friends
11:51
who live by themselves now divorce
11:54
different things like that or just
11:55
single and it's interesting because they
11:58
wanted to be sing single for a long I'm
12:00
doing me I'm blah blah blah blah blah
12:02
and then that one year turned to three
12:04
turn to 5 to 10 15 and I can notice
12:09
sometimes anger possibly some bitterness
12:13
and maybe depression yeah um does can
12:16
that happen as well in the reverse it
12:19
can because the one thing about us as
12:21
humans is that we we need each other we
12:23
we we need connection like if a baby is
12:26
not touched when the baby is born a baby
12:28
will die mhm M like like like we need
12:30
that and I think that um when you get to
12:33
a point where you are in your home alone
12:36
the biggest thing that you could do is
12:37
cultivate the relationship with yourself
12:40
like I remember I had a friend and uh
12:43
she actually her son was leaving right
12:45
leaving going on uh to you know to
12:48
school and I I told her I was like Hey I
12:50
was like this is a real this is a
12:52
beautiful time for you like I was like
12:54
this is your time to really get to know
12:56
yourself and I think the problem is is
12:59
that a lot of people don't put the
13:01
energy into themselves to know
13:03
themselves you know what I mean like and
13:04
when you're alone sometimes people feel
13:07
space with other people so so it's a
13:10
it's a mixture of like it's a mixture of
13:13
solitude and
13:15
togetherness because we need that
13:17
balance but now what happens is some
13:19
people fill that space with pets yeah
13:22
and and and and that could be a problem
13:24
too because now you don't know how to
13:26
relate to human beings human beings you
13:28
know what I mean like and so when you
13:30
don't know how to relate it it makes you
13:32
you get kind of it gets weirder you know
13:35
what I mean like your interactions with
13:36
people get weird you start saying things
13:38
like dogs are better than humans or pets
13:40
are better than humans and there's
13:42
nothing that could replace human
13:44
interaction yo wow I got a friend that
13:47
be buying straight wardrobe per season
13:50
for the dog per season like a new season
13:53
of clothes for the dogs dogs Dr Gary
13:56
Whitaker is here I want y'all to follow
13:58
him at Dr period Gary Whitaker uh d uh D
14:02
sharp just called and said man that's
14:03
great you got Coach G up here oh yeah
14:05
what's up D sharp okay you know D SHP ma
14:08
off the maze you know the DJ for the
14:10
Warriors hether you know D SHP sway I
14:14
just want to get you
14:16
know look Heather sway is the ambassador
14:19
of Oakland thank sway is all he does a
14:22
good job of being an ambassador and
14:24
making sure Oakland is put on the map
14:27
but Dr Whitaker not just Oakland
14:29
California he's decided now anything
14:31
Oakland even Oakland Michigan with the
14:33
basketball team he started claiming that
14:35
after he called them bootleg a week
14:37
before uh I'm for
14:40
it I can't win
14:43
citiz that's family right there um your
14:46
father owned a gym no so so this is the
14:49
thing um my grandfather okay was a was a
14:53
naturopathic doctor okay and so the the
14:56
craziest thing is this right um so I'll
14:58
tell you y the story real quick so so
15:01
basically um in
15:04
2018 I I was outside of my gym and
15:07
something came in my head and it was
15:09
like check to see if your grandfather's
15:11
alive right and I was like hm that's
15:14
inter because I never heard about my
15:16
grandfather dying my my just my dad I I
15:18
had a upbringing where my mom was
15:20
definitely on drugs my dad was on drugs
15:23
and you know like he didn't do a good
15:25
job of letting me know who my family was
15:27
on my dad's side MH so at 36 years old
15:30
that's when I met all of my dad's side
15:32
of the family at at 36 grown man wow
15:36
grown man and so so then I met my
15:39
grandfather so I I called my aula I was
15:42
like hey aula uh is my grandfather still
15:44
alive and she was like well I haven't
15:46
heard about him dying so let me see let
15:48
me see if I got a number for him so she
15:51
found his number I looked him up on
15:53
Google and and he had won the lottery he
15:55
won like $10,000 on the lottery but that
15:57
was the first time I seen a picture of
15:58
him
15:59
right and so uh so then I call him up
16:03
and I you know I'm thinking all these
16:04
feelings going in my body I'm thinking
16:06
about the rejection all that yeah I'm
16:08
like hey is this Dr is this Herman
16:10
maiden and he was like yeah this is me
16:13
and I was like do you have a son named
16:14
Gary Waker because I'm a junior and and
16:17
he was like he was like yeah I got a son
16:19
named Gary Whitaker I was like I think I
16:20
might be your grandson and he said I
16:23
think you are my grandson and and so and
16:26
so then uh my family had had a family
16:29
reunion on my Whitaker side they had a
16:31
family reunion so I go out to the family
16:33
reunion and I met my grandfather for the
16:36
first time and I I literally I was
16:38
crying tears yeah man just balling and
16:41
it was because like he he came in his
16:44
lab coat he had his doctor's coat cuz he
16:46
worked for the VA and he had his own
16:48
practice inside of the VA and so I spent
16:51
four hours with my grandfather and this
16:54
was the the most powerful four hours of
16:57
my life Wow you know what I mean like I
16:59
I got a chance to uh kick it with him we
17:02
talked about herbs he told me about my
17:04
great great grandmother she was a
17:06
herbalist and that's who he learned from
17:09
and then um uh also I went inside of his
17:12
house he had this room it was a 12x 12
17:15
room and it had nothing but degrees and
17:18
certifications it was like a he had a ma
17:20
he had a uh Bachelor's in mathematics he
17:24
had a um he was a doctor of iridology he
17:26
was a a holistic doctor um a natural
17:29
path like it was just it was bananas
17:32
that I seen this and and I was just like
17:35
so in awe and then uh in 2019 December
17:39
like I used to call him so I would call
17:40
him every day yeah I'd be like hey you
17:42
know what I'm saying like what's up
17:43
Grandpa and you know we just chop it up
17:45
and then he would uh before he died it
17:48
was interesting because before he died I
17:50
asked him I said hey Grandpa I was like
17:53
can you give me your library if if
17:55
something ever happens to you and he was
17:57
like yeah he was like you can have my li
17:58
Library so I was I call I tried to call
18:01
him around Christmas uh he wasn't
18:03
picking up the phone and then my my
18:06
uncle who I never met answered the phone
18:08
and was like he's dead and so at that
18:11
point in time you know like I look at it
18:14
like everybody has a hero's journey
18:16
right and so for me I I I wish I had
18:20
more time with my grandpa but he showed
18:22
me everything that I needed to see about
18:25
who I was and where I come from yeah
18:28
yeah man man that's a beautiful story
18:30
say his name three times Dr Herman
18:32
Maiden Dr Herman Maiden Dr Herman Maiden
18:35
rest in peace SP wow so was he the
18:38
inspiration behind plant-based Fitness
18:40
so so plant-based Fitness came out
18:42
because uh in 2012 I was working at the
18:46
YMCA right and so what I was thinking
18:49
about like I was I worked a lot of sales
18:51
jobs you know so working those sales
18:53
jobs I was always on the other end of
18:55
customer
18:57
complaints
19:02
receiving and so I remember one time it
19:04
was this uh customer was yelling at me
19:06
on the phone and I was like Hey I was
19:09
like I I just listen and I was like the
19:11
only way I could help you is if you calm
19:17
down sorry and I was like it's all good
19:20
and so I helped them so I got a lot of
19:21
good customer compliments but I just
19:23
didn't like being on the receiving end
19:25
of that so there Health was my thing cuz
19:27
I was a wellness coach at that time then
19:34
I me to think about like being
19:36
Innovative I was like what is missing I
19:38
I had already been vegan for 14 years
19:40
okay or during that time it was since
19:42
2009 so I was probably about five or six
19:44
years and I was
19:51
like so I Incorporated a plant-based
19:54
diet and exercise I was 46% body fat at
19:58
one point in time
19:59
I got myself down to about the lowest
20:01
I've ever been was 10 and you know like
20:04
to lose that amount of body fat
20:06
percentage it lets people know that it's
20:08
not really about weight because if we
20:10
know about BMI BMI for is not always
20:13
accurate for people of color and it's
20:16
because it it was what is BMI BMI is
20:18
body mass index okay right and uh body
20:21
mass index was created during the
20:22
military times so they could quickly get
20:26
people into uh military access yeah
20:29
service
20:30
so I did that on myself and I was like
20:33
Wow Let's combine these two things
20:35
together and so at first when I first
20:37
came out my logo was PB Fitness and
20:40
people was like what's PB Fitness and I
20:42
was like it's plant-based Fitness and so
20:44
at that point in time I just kind of
20:46
spread it out and then I started
20:48
training people and the one thing that I
20:51
started noticing is that people's body
20:53
start changing you know what I mean like
20:55
every person that I would put through
20:56
this process it would happen just like
20:58
that like body fat down muscle mass up
21:01
and I was doing a lot of body weight
21:02
string training during that time so I
21:04
was working at another gym and then that
21:07
that situation kind of changed a little
21:08
bit you know like I had some things
21:10
where people were stealing clients so I
21:12
was like all right let me let me Branch
21:13
off and do my own thing so I had a dream
21:16
about a work live space right so I go
21:20
online and I start looking up on
21:22
Craigslist for work live spaces and then
21:24
this space popped up and then at first I
21:27
didn't think I was going to get it I I
21:28
had did really well in business but I
21:30
didn't know about the credit thing I was
21:31
like I'm not sure if I'm going to get
21:32
this and so at the end of the day it was
21:35
uh April April
21:38
2018 and I moved in on May 15th 2018 so
21:44
so that that was when I got the uh my
21:47
actual gym location and so I started off
21:49
by doing uh classes yeah and then I was
21:52
doing uh semi-private training and so
21:55
that was the birth of plant-based
21:56
Fitness where is it located uh it's in
21:58
Oak California so right so so now this
22:00
is the thing go ahead and clap him up T
22:02
come on man come on yeah man that's for
22:05
real so so this is the thing um
22:08
everything is serendipitous in in my
22:11
opinion right um I had a nice run you
22:15
know I mean like in 2018 from 2018 to
22:17
about this year actually I had to close
22:20
my doors you know what I mean because
22:22
the fitness industry had changed you
22:24
know what I mean the fitness industry
22:25
changed in a way to where I thought
22:27
people were going to be ready to come
22:28
back back and do inperson training it
22:30
didn't pan out and so I had to close
22:33
that location I still do the plant-based
22:35
Fitness Services it's just online now so
22:38
I had to make a pivot oh that's smart
22:40
yeah so online how can they reach you uh
22:42
they can reach me through my website at
22:45
www.pl fitness.com you can also reach me
22:49
on Instagram drgary dr. gar Whitaker and
22:54
uh I'm I'm that on all all platforms
22:56
okay www . plb
23:00
fitness.com how long did it take you to
23:03
that's my last question how long did it
23:05
take you to lose 103 pounds so the 103
23:07
pounds was over different periods of
23:09
time so basically the first time I I was
23:12
like 260 I got myself down to 190 all
23:15
right I I learned something because what
23:17
happened was I gained it back wow so
23:20
that's another thing too is that people
23:21
don't understand the process of like if
23:24
if you don't put yourself in the right
23:26
habits because what happens is this is
23:28
when you start losing weight you start
23:29
looking good and when you start looking
23:31
good people people start to get
23:33
comfortable yeah that's happening with
23:35
me right now go ahead cousin right and
23:38
so and so Charlie
23:41
Brown please look and so when you start
23:45
looking good you you stop doing the
23:47
habits that got you there yeah you know
23:49
what I mean and so the reason why I'm so
23:52
effective at helping people to lose it
23:55
because I know the process like like I
23:58
know what it's like to lose it gain it
24:00
back in the emotional state state that
24:02
you're in when you do gain it back yeah
24:05
cuz then you got to do it all over again
24:06
and so then I lost it again and then I
24:09
lost it I was at 240 I got down to 193
24:13
so you know what I'm saying so so that
24:14
process and that's why I say um it's a
24:17
journey like like like your health is a
24:20
journey you're going to go through
24:21
different phases of your health uh you
24:24
might not be vegan you might be eating
24:26
meat but then eventually there's
24:28
different levels of nutrition like you
24:30
know what I'm saying like uh like uh Dr
24:32
Yaki was saying he talks about
24:34
fruitarianism yeah that's the highest
24:36
level of nutrition you know what I mean
24:38
like because you getting all your
24:40
enzymes and everything is available is
24:43
bioavailable and so but a lot of people
24:46
ain't ready for that because because we
24:47
have to come to a point where we are
24:49
stepping ourselves up so just think
24:52
about that it's just a ladder you know
24:53
what I mean like every time you stepping
24:55
you stepping up and as we get older it's
24:57
imperative that our nutrition changes
25:00
the problem is that we keep eating the
25:02
same things that killed our family
25:04
members before yeah and and then and
25:06
then we want to get mad and say F cancer
25:09
cancer ain't the issue it's your bad
25:11
it's your family bad habits it's the
25:13
choices you're making right yep Dr Gary
25:16
Whitaker I want to thank you my cousin
25:17
for coming through man look at our
25:19
family Heather y y got
25:22
doctors I got doct right all
25:26
right can you can you talk consult
25:29
Heather and her family too yeah I I I
25:30
got so the thing is like at the end of
25:33
the day my my goal is to help people
25:36
through generational Health yes you know
25:39
because because we talk about
25:40
generational wealth yeah but we don't
25:43
say nothing about generational health
25:44
and I and I say this they say the
25:47
revolution will not be televised and
25:49
it's actually true because the
25:51
revolution starts with what you put in
25:53
your mouth and the only person watching
25:55
is
25:56
you Dr Gary with I want to thank you for
25:59
coming
