US, Los Angeles: Sherman Oaks McLaren Sports Car Engulfed in Flames.

Los Angeles, United States - August 02, 2026 08/01/2026 9:31 pm GMT-0700 SHERMAN OAKS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a report of an auto fire on the 3500 block of Beverly Glen Boulevard. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a McLaren 570GT luxury sports car engulfed in flames, posing a risk to a nearby tree in the Beverly Ridge community. Fire Station 99 requested additional water resources from Fire Station 88 to extinguish the fire. The owner of the vehicle reported noticing a burning smell while driving and exited the car as it continued to burn. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is unknown.
