US, Los Angeles: East Hollywood Fiery Hit-and-Run Crash.

Los Angeles, United States - May 08, 2026 05/07/2026 10:36 PM GMT-0700 EAST HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to an auto fire at the intersection of Burns Avenue and North Vermont Avenue. Crews arrived to find a Mercedes engulfed in flames, with heavy fire coming from the engine compartment. The Mercedes appeared to have rear-ended a red parked vehicle. The driver of the Mercedes fled the scene. Firefighters extinguished the fire within a few minutes.
