US, Los Angeles: Oxnard Teen Shot in The Chest.

Los Angeles, United States - August 13, 2026 08/12/2026 09:07 pm GMT-0700 OXNARD, Calif. – A 15-year-old male was shot in a parking garage at 2651 Wagon Wheel Road on the evening of August 12. Emergency responders arrived and found the victim not breathing. He was transported to Ventura County Medical Center in critical condition. At the same time, the Oxnard Police Department was pursuing a shooting suspect near Food 4 Less, located at 250 West Esplanade Drive. By 9:40 PM, the police had detained the suspect at that location while responding to the reports of the shooting victim.
