US, Los Angeles: Ontario Car Crashes Into Tree Fatal.

Los Angeles, United States - May 08, 2026 05/08/2026 02:30 am GMT-0700 ONTARIO, Calif. – Ontario police and the Ontario Fire Department received multiple 911 calls early this morning about a car that crashed into a tree and possibly caught fire at the intersection of South Milliken Avenue and East Francis Street. When emergency personnel arrived on the scene, they found one person trapped in the driver's seat. Firefighters and paramedics pronounced that person deceased at the scene. The investigation is ongoing, and it is currently unknown whether alcohol or speed contributed to the fatal traffic collision. As a result, Ontario police have closed both northbound and southbound lanes of Milliken Avenue while they investigate the incident.
