As of 11:00 on Sunday, the warning remained in force. Many areas in the Philippines have experienced severe flooding, with water levels in some rivers rising. Local authorities are assisting residents in low-lying areas with evacuation and relocation efforts. The NDRRMC said 86 evacuation centers have been set up, sheltering 2,200 families or 7,300 people. Another 1,132 families, or 3,700 persons, are staying outside evacuation centers.
