According to local sources, an Israeli drone targeted civilians in the camp. The body of the Palestinian killed in the attack, identified as Awda Abu Abid, was transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah. Relatives mourned beside the body before burial procedures were carried out. Israeli shelling also continued in Khan Younis in southern Gaza and Gaza City in the north, while naval forces intensified attacks along the coastal areas. Israel has imposed a crippling blockade on the Gaza Strip since 2007, leaving the territory’s 2.4 million people on the verge of starvation.
