MOUNIR AL-HASSA, FATHER OF SLAIN GIRL, SPEAKING TO REPORTER (Arabic)GAZA, PALESTINE - SEPTEMBER 01: A Palestinian girl was killed in an Israeli attack on the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip on Sep. 1, despite the ongoing ceasefire, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital said in a statement, without providing further details. The girl’s body was brought to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city following the attack. The attacks came despite US President Donald Trump’s call on Aug. 17 for Israel to halt strikes on Gaza. Since the ceasefire agreement took effect last October, Israel has killed more than 1,320 Palestinians and injured more than 4,385 others, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
