Kasharaj Reservoir Water Level Dropped Dramatically Amid Rehabilitation Works.

Kasharaj, Albania KASHARAJ, LUSHNJE, ALBANIA – SEPTEMBER 29, 2026: Aerial video shows the Kasharaj Reservoir after its water level dropped dramatically during ongoing reservoir outlet rehabilitation works. Large areas of the lakebed were exposed, revealing mud and sediment across parts of the reservoir. The footage also shows a boat stranded in the mud and large numbers of dead fish concentrated along the remaining water.
