WIDE OF PEOPLE SITTING ON GRASS NEAR THEATRE -BERLIN, GERMANY - AUG. 7: A temporary public swimming pool has opened in front of Berlin's Volksbühne theater, transforming Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz into a free outdoor swimming area for eight weeks. The 25-meter-long pool was installed to mark the start of the theater's new artistic directorship and will remain open to the public through Oct. 1. In addition to free swimming, the project includes swimming lessons for children, dedicated swimming days for different communities, and a series of educational and cultural events, creating a public gathering space in the heart of the German capital.
