Pilates Back to Basics - Deepen Your Connection

I feel that sometimes we forget the power of keeping things simple and how effective that can be. Today we are focusing on some ‘easier’ Pilates exercises with the goal of really connecting with our core and figuring out how we can deepen that connection.
The pace is gentle but when I had finished filming I could honestly feel that I had ‘worked’ my core and utilised my breath to deepen my connection and control.
When we move our hip, shoulder and spine joints I want us to feel the POWER and stability radiating from our core. It’s a great feeling.
You don’t need any equipment aside from your mat.
