Pilates for a Stronger Back | 10 minute workout

Short and super effective is how I would summarise this workout. Who is it for? Anyone! However, it will be especially beneficial to those that spend a big chunk of their day sitting at a desk or driving in a car. A stronger back will help to improve our posture and reduce the risk of back pain. Unfortunately poor posture can cause certain muscles to lose strength & my aim with this workout is to recruit these muscles and build strength. You choose how many repetitions you perform. Begin slowly and gradually increase the reps for each exercise. Pause the workout at any point to come into the β€˜rest’ position, release your back muscles and then begin again. Try and layer this short workout into your home workouts 2-3 times a week and you will soon feel the benefits and see progress. I look forward to reading your comments post workout.
