This 25-minute workout has the perfect combination of mobility, movement, strength & challenge.
You can use light hand weights, upto 2kg ( mine were 1kg) or food tins.
We begin in a standing position before quickly moving down on to our mat where we focus on core stability and moving with control and awareness.
I thoroughly enjoyed this workout & yes I know I often say that, so don’t take my word for it, why not give it a try?
You can choose to put the weights down at any time and continue the workout without them if you are struggling to maintain stability and good posture.
When this workout is done, why not finish with last week's spicy ten-minute workout, using a bar/stick 😜
