We begin this workout lying on the mat and will transition from one exercise to the next, allowing the movement to flow and our bodies to move. I wanted this routine to be challenging and relaxing. To energise your body and calm your mind. Listen to my cues, work at your own pace and try focus on how your body feels as you move and connect.
