25 min challenging Pilates flow workout

This workout is flowing short class, perfect for when you are short on time and looking for a full body workout or squeeze it in after a cardio workout.
Set aside 25 minutes and come join me on your mat. No equipment is needed, we will be using our own body weight to add challenge and build strength. We will begin in a standing position before coming down onto your mat. Letโs move together, listen to my cues and enjoy a little me time x
