The 10 coolest laptops we saw at Computex 2026

We spent the last week checking out the latest laptops from Computex 2026, and these are our favorite from the show

NVIDIA's RTX Spark chip was the big news of the show, and the Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra is one of the flagship systems for this new platform

We got a behind-the-scenes look at the Surface Laptop Ultra, running through a range of NVIDIA demos to show off its new capabilities

Many of these demos were running on the Surface Laptop Ultra, showing a new level of power for Windows on ARM

Despite its high-performance ceiling, this laptop is less than 18 millimeters thick and weighs under four and a half pounds

The all-metal chassis has the signature surface look, and its 15-inch mini-LED PixelSense Ultra touchscreen is a beautiful display

We're excited to benchmark this and the other partner Spark systems when they become available this fall

One thing we can say for sure about the MSI Titan 18 Dragon Edition is that you will not see another laptop like it

It's packed with the top-end parts inside, as you always expect from the Titan line

But this special edition, to celebrate MSI's 40th anniversary, it speaks for itself

Etched with Dragon decals and constellations, it's one of the coolest-looking laptops we've seen

It will be expensive, special edition, anniversary edition, but we couldn't deny acknowledging its standout style

The XPS 13 excites us as a Windows rival for the Apple MacBook Neo, the low starting price of $699

It's half a pound lighter than the MacBook Neo, still sports the XPS premium aluminum build

Dell even included a touchscreen despite being a budget laptop, key backlighting, which the MacBook Neo does not have and a couple of other nice features like Wi 7 Part of that low starting price point is Intel Wildcat Lake processors which should help keep the price down while maintaining efficiency and performance However if you want more performance you can add more

memory, as well as Intel's Panther Lake processors, which are coming a little bit later after launch

This should be a nice laptop for students and anyone else who's looking to grab and go on the road. This from the Asus ROG team is the super car of gaming laptops at 2026. Not for the faint

of heart. The price will be sky high. I'll just say that up front, but that comes with the Core 9

HX Plus processor, the 5090, all the bells and whistles as far as that. Some cool new things

though that aren't just putting the top of the line components out there. The 4K display, 120

Hertz. It has its feature. It's called extreme low motion blur. You can turn it on and off. Sounds a

little bit like spin, but really trust me in person, turning it on and off is night and day

You can read the text much more cleanly as something pans across your screen. Now, some

games you might not want that off. It adds the latency a little bit, but it makes the screen text

much more readable. That's one of those cool underrated features you might not know about

That's the sort of thing that contributes to the sky high price, but you know, not every gaming

laptop is going to be an entry-level one. This is really for the enthusiasts. We've seen plenty of

lightweight laptops over the years, but this Acer Travelmate model takes it to the next level. It's carbon fiber chassis, both feels really nice to the touch, and makes this laptop super light

It one of the lightest laptops I used It feels really satisfying and it packed with high and business features to keep you working on the road This is running Intel Pantheleic processors and you can put up to 64 gigabytes of memory inside to keep you working on the go when you need it It has an option for an IPS or an OLED display

which you don't always get on a business laptop, so it's nice to have a premium high-end feature like that

to go with the super portable design. I really can't stress enough how much I love the feel of this laptop

so try to get your hands on one if possible. This is our favorite convertible laptop, combining two of Acer's brands

Swift meaning portable and Spin meaning convertible. In addition to the design, another thing we like about it

It comes in either Intel Core Ultra 3 Series processors or Snapdragon X2 Elite or X2 Plus processors, and we love to have options

So this should be something for everybody, and whichever one you choose comes in this great compact design

We're longtime fans of the Asus ZenBook, and we love the new addition to this 14-inch model, bringing the beautiful seraluminum material, which has this nice, unique, soft feel, but it's sturdy

This interesting new coral color, more traditional blue to go with it, if that's your preference

And one of the things that's nice is this comes in a Qualcomm Snapdragon variant, an Intel Panther-like variant, or an AMD variant

You can kind of choose your own adventure with the processor, pick sort of your power and performance level that you need

You're not going to go too high end with this. This is more about getting portability and efficiency in a light package rather than top, top-end performance

But it will be a capable laptop nonetheless, and it really feels nice to hold. We just like these things a lot

The previous edition of this laptop set our battery life record recently lasting longer than any laptop ever has on our battery rundown test And now MSI is launching this Vincent van Gogh special edition with Starry Night and Starry Night over the Rhone to add some artistic flair to this long laptop They also put a chip upgrade inside

now starts with an Intel X9 processor, so it's even faster and you can enjoy the long-lasting

battery life alongside some beautiful art. It is a limited edition, so you're probably not going to

get your hands on this one, but we wanted to appreciate the art anyway. Laptops with 18-inch

screens are normally the domain of workstations and super powerful gaming laptops, but we like

to call this one out for being a laptop for ordinary users. The 18-inch screen is really

the calling card here. Not a ton to differentiate it from other mainstream laptops, but really

having a roomy display, 160 hertz, and a couple of other nice features in a slim build is really

appealing for users who just want a big screen to do everyday work. This is the ExpertBook B5 Flip

G2. This is powered by Intel Wildcat Lake processors, which you haven't had a chance to

test yet, but is launching in a number of entry-level to mid-range systems. Keeps a price

down while giving you efficient performance and long battery life. It also has dual cameras, one a user-facing 1080p camera, and one a 5-megapixel world-facing camera. This laptop has a built-in

stylus with a garage. It's nice to see out of a business system, help you take notes, really

versatile system, a nice aluminum build. There's a lot to like about this. Business laptops can

often be a little stodgy, but this is a little more fun, the convertible 2-in-1 with a built-in
