Google spoiled its own Pixel 11 event

Who can we thank for these glorious pictures? Google itself. The company is teasing the Pixel 11

and its online store, YouTube, and social media channels before its August event

So everything you've seen so far and about to see is officially from Google

Let's take a long look here. In one X post, Google announced that Google Pixel 11 Pro

and that you should ask more of your phone. The attached video tries to appeal to people

who use Google services like Gmail, Google Maps and search while the narrator suggests that a Pixel 11 is the most likely move

The video shows the Pixel 11 Pro. That's the higher-end Pixel. The device is hidden by shadows while light illuminates the phone's outline and camera bar

Looking at that camera bar, there's a new colorful circular light to the right of the cameras

Eagle-eyed viewers might be asking, Ayaz, where is the thermometer found on the Pixel 9 and 10

You know that feature that revolutionized the modern smartphone industry? Okay, so that's not true, and it looks like Google's giving it the boot

So what is this colorful little blob for anyway? Is it just a light for fun's sake

Or maybe it's supposed to be like Nothing's Glyph, a series of lights that give you visual notifications while your phone is turned screen-side down

Or maybe it's a way for Pixel 11 owners to advertise the Pixel 11 to the unsuspecting public

If I had a bet on what it is, I wouldn't because I'm obsessive and would ruin my life with Android

That's not all that's changed in the camera bar. Let's get the 11 Pro up side by side with the 10 Pro. The 10 Pro featured an aluminum housing to the

right of the cameras It looks like Google gone with a unified look instead Otherwise the Pixel 11 Pro looks a lot like the Pixel 10 Pro But that not all Google also published a teaser for the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold

The video teaser shows the Fold opening up while a narrator says to switch phones

you have to be open to what's new and to what opens. Apart from the sparkling wordplay

we don't get to see much. We see the two halves, the hinge, and the camera bump

What else do we know? Well, Pixel prices may increase. In an interview, Google's VP of devices and services said the entire Pixel family will see price adjustments

Specifically, he said that the price changes, quote, will be rolled out dynamically to match supply realities

Right now, the Google Pixel 10 series starts at $799, so expect to pay more

Keep in mind that Samsung just increased prices for the Galaxy Z series without increasing storage capacities

What exactly can we expect for Pixel pricing? Now we need to talk about news reports that are not confirmed by Google

The following information is not official. The good folks at Android Headlines claim they have pricing information

According to them, the Pixel 11 will start at $899, but it will have 256 gigs of storage

That's the same price as the Pixel 10 with that same amount of storage. So if that is true, it is arguably not a price hike so much as an adjustment like that VP said

Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro could start with 256 gigabytes of storage as well

with pricing starting around $1,100. dollars again if that's the case this is another adjustment as a similar pixel 10 pro also costs

around 1100 meanwhile the pixel 11 pro fold could start at 1900 that android headlines report has some other details that raised my eyebrow it says the Pixel 11 Pro 11 Pro XL and 11 Pro Fold will offer 12GB of RAM or 16GB of

RAM depending on the storage. See the problem with that is that the Pixel 10 Pro's all came with 16GB of RAM

So a 256GB Pixel 11 Pro should cost as much as a similar Pixel 10 Pro, but it could come

Yeah, unfortunately, the AI data center demand is driving up prices for memory for everyone else

So if you're out there trying to buy a new laptop, phone or tablet, or literally anything that runs

decade. Sorry. A lot of things are expected to stay the same for the entire series. The 11

except for the Fold, should have the same screen sizes, rear cameras, and front cameras as the 10

should be lighter than before. As for dimensions, it looks like the 11 series might be different than

the 10, so you may not be able to use your Pixel 10 cases on the 11. The Pixel 11 will almost

certainly include a new processor likely called the Google Tensor G6. A July report from Chinese

site ithome says that the G6 will use a 2 nanometer process compared to the G5 3 nanometer process What does that mean The G6 could have better power efficiency and improved performance compared to its predecessor

Told you. But its software is another story. In materials provided by Evan Blass, it looks like the 11 Pro and Pro XL

will have a 120x zoom up from 100. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold does not include that slide

and the 10 Pro Fold topped out at 30x zoom. Hey, I got a problem

Google, pay close attention. Bring it in. Please stop calling the Fold a Pro

if its camera capabilities are less than the Pro non-Folds. This devalues the Pro designation

and it can confuse people. Let's talk about the Pixel Watch. Unless something has changed

And you know what? It looks the same as before. Could it feature new internals
