Adobong Mani Recipe. Garlic-flavored Fried Peanut.The key to cooking this snack is not to overcook. Deep frying around 1 lb to 1/2 kg peanut for just 1 minute and letting it continue to cook on its own heat while resting for about 2 hours at room temperature are key to a crunchy and sweet tasting peanut. We find that the 1 lb peanut loses its sweet flavor and starts to taste burnt if deep-fried beyond 1 minute.
